Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to every booking for media services supplied by RISE Realty Media Pty Ltd ("we", "us", "our"). They override any inconsistent provision in any other document – including an REIQ Contractor Appointment Form, purchase order or work order.

1. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Standard cancellations: cancel or reschedule by 5:00 pm the day before your shoot and no fee applies.

Same-day cancellations: bookings cancelled on the day of the shoot incur 50 % of the total shoot price.

No access / property not ready: if our photographer arrives and the shoot cannot proceed for preventable reasons (e.g., no access, property not prepared), 100 % of the booking price is payable.

2. Payment Policy

Invoices are due on the date stated. Please raise any query promptly. Overdue invoices may be referred to our debt-collection partner and services may be suspended until the account is current.

3. Access & Keys

(a) The client (or its managing agent) is responsible for obtaining lawful access in accordance with the Residential Tenancies and Rooming Accommodation Act 2008 (Qld), including issuing any required Entry Notices and arranging mutually acceptable times with occupants.

(b) Working keys, access codes or on-site contact details must be provided no later than the confirmed start time for each shoot. We generally do not charge a key-collection fee; however, if key pickup involves travel exceeding 20 km or 20 minutes from the pickup point to the property, a travel fee may apply.

(c) We will exercise reasonable care to secure the property while on site and will return keys or codes by close of business on the next working day unless otherwise agreed in writing.

(d) We are not required to contact tenants directly unless a separate written arrangement is made.

4. Liability & Indemnity

(a) Each party indemnifies the other for direct loss or damage to the extent caused by that party’s negligent act or omission in connection with the Services.

(b) Neither party is liable to the other for any consequential, special or indirect loss, including loss of rent or profit.

(c) Our aggregate liability arising out of the Services is limited to the lesser of: (i) re-supply of the Services; or (ii) the Fees paid for the relevant booking.

(d) Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

5. Agreement

By confirming your booking (in writing, online or verbally) you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms.
