Terms & Conditions

By booking a service with RISE Realty Media ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Standard Cancellations:
Cancellations or reschedules must be made by 5:00 PM the day before the scheduled shoot. No cancellation fee will apply.
Same-Day Cancellations:
Bookings cancelled on the day of the shoot will incur a fee of 50% of the total shoot price.
No Access or Property Not Ready:
If our photographer arrives on site and the shoot cannot proceed due to lack of access, the property not being ready, or any other preventable issue, a 100% fee of the booking price will apply.

Invoices must be paid by the due date listed on the bill.
If you have any concerns or questions about your invoice, please contact us promptly.
Overdue invoices may be referred to a debt collection partner if not resolved.

We generally do not charge a key collection or drop-off fee.
However, if key pickup requires travel exceeding 20 km or 20 minutes (from the pickup location to the property), a travel fee may be applied.
